Terms of Use

You are responsible for your account and for all activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:

• Exploit or abuse the platform — probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, or interfere with the service’s normal operation.
• Attack the service — including denial-of-service, injection, malware, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing rate limits, security controls, or usage limits.
• Spam or abuse messaging — send unsolicited bulk email, harass or deceive recipients, or use RostaHQ’s email features in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Break the law — use RostaHQ for anything illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

RostaHQ’s agents are powered by AI and can make mistakes. They may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output (sometimes called “hallucinations”). Do not treat agent output as professional financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and review it before you rely on it.

Your data is your responsibility

You are ultimately responsible for the correctness of the data entered into your workspace and database. RostaHQ works with the information you and your agents provide, and cannot guarantee the accuracy of that underlying data.

Confirmation before changes

To help you stay in control, RostaHQ asks you to confirm before an agent creates, updates, or deletes records in your workspace. Approving a change means you have reviewed and accepted it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of data you provide or changes you approve.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

RostaHQ and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the business data you put into RostaHQ; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RostaHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from inaccurate data, AI output, or changes you approve. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of RostaHQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
