RostaHQ (“RostaHQ”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI workspace that helps small businesses run their operations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address to create and secure your account.
- Business data you provide. The information you and your agents enter or upload — accounting records, payroll and employee details, contacts, documents, and the emails you send through RostaHQ.
- Usage data. How you interact with the product, including actions taken, device and log information, and performance and error diagnostics.
2.How we use your information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the service.
- To improve RostaHQ internally — product development, quality, and analytics.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to the service.
3.We do not share your data with third parties
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We may use your data internally to improve RostaHQ and for product analytics — for example, to understand how features are used and to make the agents more helpful and reliable.
Operating RostaHQ relies on trusted infrastructure and AI providers that process data only on our behalf, under confidentiality, and solely to deliver the service to you. We may also disclose information where required to comply with the law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4.Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including access controls and encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data using the in-app tools or by contacting us. Where local law grants additional rights over your personal information, we honour them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of RostaHQ after a change means you accept the updated policy.
