Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for RostaHQ subscriptions.
1.Billing cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You are charged on the 1st of each month for that month of service.
2.No refunds
Payments for RostaHQ subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or fees that have already been charged.
3.Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — your plan stays active until then, and you are simply not charged again.
Example
If you cancel on 4 July, your subscription remains active through 31 July and does not renew on 1 August. You keep full access for the month you have already paid for.
4.Changing plans
If you upgrade or downgrade, the change takes effect from the next billing cycle — the 1st of the following month, when your next charge is applied at the new plan’s rate.
